CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address before completing your transaction. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Be sure that you add us to your address book (service@vbiger.com) so that the e-mail doesn't end up in your spam folder!

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING, WHAT DO I DO?

Orders shipped are assigned a tracking number with the carrier with whom it shipped. If you
have a package that shipped, but it is not delivered as listed with the carrier, you need to
contact the carrier with the tracking number.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Here at Vbiger, we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. You should receive your order within 7-30 days depending on what state you reside in from the date your order was placed
